Taco Bell

We frequent this location. It’s nice to get Taco Bell and KFC, depending on who wants what. The food is always fresh and hot. Easy drive thru location.

While the food quality is good, my order has been incomplete more and more frequently here. I shouldn’t have to check bag before leaving every single I come through the drive thru. Do better.

This tacobell is relentlessly horrible. They mess up your order 10/10 times and will likely continue to mess it up when you ask them to fix it. Accidently ordered from this tacobell and not the good tacobell on woodfield drive and my order was entirely wrong. This tacobell is the worst.

Never give me my full order and I always have to substitute something. Today they didn't have the nachos or potatoes and then they didn't put stackers in the bag or my sauce. I've never been to a taco bell with such horrible service consistently for the 2 years I have lived here.

During a lunch rush I saw the manager yell at the employee, who was clearly stressed due to the rush. Then not even a minute later another manager (these two were not wearing KFC or Taco Bell uniforms) yelled at the same exact employee for her not going faster when she was waiting on me. I even told the manager that it was my fault. Food was typical for the establishment but the professionalism was terrible. Employees should not be verbally abused my management.

I love Taco Bell! But what are these prices?? They said a cheese quesadilla and a Crunchwrap supreme (sub beans instead of beef) would be $15?? And it wasn’t a meal, just the items. That seems really overpriced. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and 1 soft taco (sub beans) instead and it was still $10. Maybe it’s just this location? Service and items were good tho

The soda machine is always broken, half the time my order is wrong or things are missing. The drive thru workers are amazing though. If you are going to eat here, use the drive thru.

Messed up the drink orders, they didn't taste right. You also cannot place orders to this location using the Taco Bell app and must use the KFC app instead. Waste of 20 minutes l recommend going to a different Taco Bell location if you're looking for Taco Bell specifically.
