Taco Bell

This location is SUPER SLOW and disorganized. Me and numerous other cutomers waited 20+ minutes for regular orders. I followed-up on the order and 2 people said they would check on it but never replied back to me. Then some guy comes in and orders and gets his food right away before us. My order took so long to put together, my hard tacos had gone cold and soggy and fell apart when I went to eat them. Terrible terrible service. The franchisor needs to step in and do something. Look at the ratings here, I'm not the only person who experienced terrible service.

Love the mix of both KFC and Taco Bell when you wanna order two different orders it's very convenient. As other reviewers had mentioned the loss of stars is from the slow speed at times at the drive thru with only 2-3 vehicles ahead. Overall staff are nice and get orders correct, but sometimes the speaker at the drive thru is very low and can't hear the order taker.

This place gets my vote for the worst Taco Bell/KFC in the world. Poor customer service, had to argue with the clerk blaming me for placing the order incorrectly by giving her the wrong combo number. I never gave her a number, all I said was chicken soft taco combo. The combos sign is located at the other side of the store versus the cash register, I can't see it, bring your binoculars or get ready for an argument placing your order. Or memorize the combos before ordering. Also, this place withholds toppings to save pennies, no onions on my fries supreme. Not a clean table in the place at 9:00pm, you have to use one of the extremely few napkins they give you, bring your own wipes and napkins. This place is a combination Taco Bell/ KFC and both have very low ratings, that should tell you something.

You’d think after a complete renovation they’d have had time to train their staff better or hire more competent staff. Yet here we are again, still getting orders wrong. Still taking long to serve customers even when there is no traffic. The only reason I go here is the next Taco Bell is just out of the way to get to. Any other location will get your order right and serve you in a timely manner.
