Overwhelmed, overworked but extremely friendly team. Only one in town so they handle both Taco Bell and KFC
Since this place opened, they have never gotten any of our orders right. It's either items missing or the food looks like someone threw it in the bag. We love Taco Bell, but this location needs serious work.
I went to the kiosk and ordered. They ran out of Blk beans, ok. I said give me lite refried beans. My son said give me extra beans. They totally ignored anything we actually ordered. Gave us whatever. We asked for onions, grilled and sauces. Never happened. Just still ended up with a lot of refried beans that we tried to replace at the beginning. Bad job!
* newest update to this review I will not be changing my original review but I would like to add did the regional manager for this store reached out to me to make things right offered me free food which I greatly appreciated and said that he was going to handle the situation because orders are to be taken while the store is open regardless of whether the truck is there or not. Thank you so much to the reasonable manager Desmond for reaching out to me knowing that management in the store is ready and willing to make things right is awesome and I will now return to this location. pulled up an hour before they closed and they would not make my food that was already paid for through the mobile app because they do not take orders while their truck is here unloading if you're open you should take orders or not accept people's money *update to add insult to injury they did not offer me any compensation for the inconvenience so I asked for taco cards which the manager gave to me but today which is a few days later I tried to use them at a different location and they pointed out to me that all the Taco cards I was given were expired as of December 2023
Cashier that gave me my food was very rude.
