I visited this location to pick up an order and was disappointed by the service. The drive-through was unexpectedly closed, and upon entering the restaurant, the staff did not acknowledge me or assist with my pickup order. Additionally, the inside of the restaurant felt more like a shelter, with individuals sleeping at the tables, which detracted from the dining experience. The lack of engagement from the staff suggests a need for improvement in customer service. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers. Don’t get a job if you don’t wanna work!
This location only does DoorDash. I have visited on multiple instances and been refused service starting they were only serving DoorDash.
Drive through was very quick and food was on point
I cannot even leave a one star review. I arrived at the Drive thru at least 30 minutes before closing and they would only take my order if it had been placed online. I am not going to download yet another app just to get late night food. This is not customer service. This is not providing any kind of service. Taco Bell is not near where I live so it won’t be hard to avoid in the future.
