I've Lived In Pomona 27yrs And This Is A Location That I Go To Often Due To Me Living In The Area It's Convenient Because It's Literally Within Walking Distance This Morning I Visited This Location And I Ordered A Crunchy Taco Supreme I Am So Appreciative To Have Received Such Great Customer Service From Both Sarah And Luis They Are SO Professional & Respectful I Truly Appreciate It This Is A Wow Factor For Me Because The Customer Service Here Is Usually HORRIBLE So Thanks You 2 For Making This Experience A Memorable 1 The Entire Staff Needs To Definitely Take Notes From These 2 Thanks Again For The Amazing Hospitality You Showed Me During My Visit My Taco Was Made To Order And It Was Fresh 5⭐

First time trying this Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the guy on the drive through was rude and horrible. Messed up the order over and over again and then eventually read it back correctly. Guess what? The order was messed up in the end. Then I get to hear the crew in the back making fun of me because I had a question about the menu. Guy on the drive through is hard to miss and if you can, give him and the restaurant a miss. Guy had lots of gold chains and medallions.
