My Momma's name is Elizabeth but my name is James. I'm using her computer. This is my review. When I met the employee at the front counter, I asked to order a Mexican Pizza Combo Meal, and 3-orders of Cinnamon Twists. The employee politely instructed me to place my order at the kiosk machine. I'm special needs. I don't understand computers so good, so I asked the employee, "How do I do that?" He said, "I'll help you," and came with me to the kiosk machine. With great memory, he repeated my order back to me, while pressing the buttons necessary to place the order for my food. What I appreciate most is that he was kind and understanding with me about my disability, and above and beyond helpful, because he operated the kiosk for me that I didn't understand. Computers are hard for me, Momma's helping me fill out this survey right now. I asked the employee if I would have to use the kiosk next time I come in. He kindly told me not to worry because, anytime I come in, I can ask any employee and they will help me just the same as he did that day. Furthermore, the food was wonderful as always, and the wait time was less than three minutes. Above and beyond customer service.
The employees will lie to you and say they don't have a drawer so they can't take your order. But I've had employees take my order many times before. also if you select cash at the kiosk they have to ring you up at the counter because their cash drawers are behind the counter. however the employees will lie and say they can take your order because they don't have a drawer which is untrue. this location is losing a ton of business because they won't take orders. When you do order through the kiosk they mess it up anyway. you don't get your drink cups until your food is done and ultimately is really making things less efficient for them.
The last 3 times I came to this Taco Bell they jacked up my order. 3 strikes and you're out. Don't go to this location unless you don't care about what you get... or don't get.
As i walked in the rude manager demanded I order at the self check kiosk! I don't work here! So I left! Never to return! Customer service ? NONE WHATSOEVER! GO SOMEWHER3 ELSE!
I ordered ahead as I am currently experiencing hard times and by signing up for the rewards I got a box for $1. I rode my bicycle with my little 7 pound rescue Lady in my arms. When I got there my food was done and waiting, as I chose the time. The staff was pleasant and there were no issues with Lady quietly sitting with me in a far corner. Clean, courteous, welcoming. Would recommend for sure
If 0 stars was an option that’s what this place would get. The order wasn’t right and when I went inside they was gonna tell me they can give me what they missed but refused to give me fresh hot food and told me it wasn’t their fault it got cold but they are the ones who messed up the order to begin with. And when I asked if the employee would eat cold food his response was no and he don’t expect me to either but refused to remake my order that was cold. So I asked for a refund and went to a different Taco Bell. They can’t use the excuse they was busy because the store was empty. They have lost my business.
