Recently went to this location and placed an order for their craving box. When I got up to the window I let them know that they charged me 11.99 and their sign said 8.99. They told me that they were in the process of changing the prices in their POS system. I said well your sign says 899 and I ordered it because it was $8.99. They said they were sorry and if I wanted to take it off my order. I told them I wanted to get the item for $8.99. they said something about being a franchise and that they do not sell things for the same prices that the rest of the chain does. I told them that their sign had the $8.99 price and that's the price that they should honor. I told them that their practice of charging something different at at the register's from what is on THEIR sign is bait and switch and is illegal. They let me know that their DM would be in and that I could take it up with them in about 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. Definitely I will not be coming back!
We weren't happy with the Mexican pizza. Something is different now. The manager overheard our comment and took immediate action. He offered to replace the item with their new cantina burrito AND quesadilla. These are great, tasty additions to the Taco Bell menu. Goodbye Mexican pizza. Hello cantina!

The fastest Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've gone through the drive through and ordered through the app, both were very quick and very fresh. Vegetarian options: You can substitute any meat for black or refried beans.
I feel that courtesy and just good service is a commodity nowadays. So when I run into it, I've got to praise it. When I pulled up to do an order they greeted me immediately. I don't eat there often so I asked for suggestions. After getting to know me by asking me questions, the girl recommended the best option for me. Once it was time to pay, when I got my cc back, I also received my food. All of this happened in between 3 to 5 minutes. It was great!!! Good job Taco Bell!
