I order the new chizza pizza thing it was cold the cheese was not melted and the whole thing was cold its not hard to warm the food
The order was not as expected and even after trying to fix things it was beyond their capabilities to understand the situation and how to fix it correctly and appropriately. Asked for a refund they said they would do then after 15 mins I gave up on the refund and will have to go through corporate to get compensated for being charged for no food. I never had a manager just disappear from the building before.
If you go through the drive-thru you will more than likely be missing food when you get home! Check your bag(s)!!
My husband just ordered from the drive thru and they forgot my taco and also gave us the wrong burritos. I couldn’t enjoy my food cause it wasn’t what I ordered. Also last time we were there one of the employees was very rude because they got our order wrong again and we had to re order.
Food was good but service was horrible
