Taco Bell

After reading the other reviews for this Taco Bell location, I'd wish I would have seen those before choosing this eatery once again! The Owner of this location should read these reviews because this location really does have some issues. If this is a Corporate Store, then they should come in and do a complete overhaul of the Staff, and if this is a private owner, then they should read these reviews and make the necessary changes to make this location the way it was years ago. I've come to this location over the last 18 years and found over the past several years this location has really gone down hill...... what has happened????? No more for me and many others writing reviews about this location! What a shame it is.... what a shame! And shame on Taco Bell for letting this happen and have customers to write reviews like this to correct wrongs! It is too bad that Glen Bell died in 2010, but Yum! Brands, Inc. should have someone looking into their Taco Bell and Franchisees investments.

The Mexican pizza was warm, more like room temperature. It had an oily taste. The soft tacos were room temperature too, but tasted good.

Worst experience with a Taco Bell ever! Food was nasty..service sucked!

Rudest staff I have ever met. Get your act together and treat your customers better.

It's 1230 and they close at 2 and the drive through had trash cans behind a car like that was the last person they were taking. Do you job ypu have an hour and half left of work

March 10 2024 12am. Waited in line for almost an hour because when you order for pick up you still have to wait in line. Manager hung up on me twice. Then when I got my order, the party pack, I was missing a taco. The manager thought the whole situation was funny. I couldn’t cancel my order. My tacos were mostly shredded cheese hardly any meat. I dropped them on the floor when I got home guess that was a sign to put it where it belongs in the garbage as I’m sure they also tampered with my food. The entire staff needs to be fired. From the GM to the manager to the crew. I don’t plan on ever going to another Taco Bell and if they keep the same staff at this one I’m sure it will be closed down soon. Their employees will run it into the ground. Hopefully I don’t get sick from the tacos I did eat as I’m almost certain they played with my food. The manager was just laughing like everything was funny. I see why some people throw their drinks on people working fast food.

Worst taco bell location. Order online. 2 cars in line we waited 42 minutes and got to the window they didnt even know who we are. Person in the window was eating drinking and texting. Our food was cold. No cheese in quesadilla. When we complained that our food had been sitting for over 40 minutes they slammed the window on us and blamed how busy they are! There were TWO cars. Everyone that ordered behind us had driven off one by one by the time we got to the window. Zero stars for speed zero stars for customer service and zero stars for food. They are batting 100 at being awful in every possible way. Edited to add that they would not remake anything we had to drive away with cold food that wasnt even made properly cheese is the basic ingredient in a quesadilla we got sauce bread!
