$40 order at 2am with my miserably sick kids, she didn’t give me a receipt after I asked multiple times, she gave me someone else’s order, I didn’t want to wait behind 9 cars after seeing she literally didn’t give me a single correct item, I called on the phone she hung up on my, I went to the front door she looked at me and ignored me. I called again someone else answer I said I wanted a refund, I was just at choc for 6 hours with my sick toddlers that just wanted something to eat and the girl says they don’t give refunds. She needs to be fired immediately!!! These people are disgusting thieving cowards, my order should have been $24 I paid $40 which seemed to much it’s because they charged me for someone else’s order and did nothing to make it right at all. No refund and food that my children can’t eat coated in hot sauce: I’m calling corporate tomorrow!

This is not good we tried to make a order in front of the desk and the guy in the from tell me that I have to use the screen that he can't make the order from us on his computer and this is not good I don't know how to use it and they don't help me first any customers that don't want to use these screens they have to help us

Service is definitely not good...the Spanish speaking ladies talk about everyone that walks in....they think that we don't understand what they are saying but they are mistaken. Their manager should do a better job of having her employees be more respectful to the customers....i do not recommend this taco bell at all

Delicious, as always! Very pleasant person at the drive-thru speaker and at the window. Parking: This location is at a strip mall, so while there are a lot of other businesses around, parking is plentiful.

No one inside except 2 people asleep I waited 5 min before getting helped terrible place my last time in this dump the lady told me 3 x just a minute fire these people now !!!! And get rid of the people asleep yuk
