Taco Bell

Ambience was terrifying, I was getting hardcore stared down by some employee in the dining area. Service was minimal (I placed my order through the kiosk) and was only acknowledged when they called my order. When I got my order multiple things were wrong and the employee had left before I could let them know. I waited and they corrected their mistake, but when I left I discovered another portion of my order was incorrect (how many things can you get wrong in an order of 3 items?!) anyway it wasn’t worth it to return and waste any more of my time. Hopefully others will have a better experience.

Place was empty, food took a little while, they forgot a order of cinnamon twist.

Made a quick stop to get some food and use the restroom because me and my husband were traveling back to CA. Only one kiosk worked. The person at the registry denied the people behind us and told them to wait for us to finish at the kiosk and they can order there. We waited for the bathroom key because one of the workers said that an employee had it and that employee was in the bathroom. But, the whole time they had the key ! I’m literally 8 months pregnant and was just trying to use the bathroom while we waited for our food. Then I was let in the restroom after they had opened it for someone else and the lady can see I was pregnant so she just held the door for me. The employee almost opened the door to let someone else in while I was in there! Good thing my husband was watching out for me. THEN they tried to give my husband a free drink for the inconvenience but we had already ordered so technically he didn’t even give us a free drink he just gave us the cup my husband ordered. Also, good thing my husband checked the order because they forgot to put cinnamon twist on there(it was not busy).

Been here three times & can't get the order right from the app.

The food is always fresh made to order and the staff is usually pretty friendly.

Good luck trying to get in touch with customer service- no one will help you!
