Food was great amazing service and a very nice cashier. Only deducting one star because there was no where to sit since all the delivery drivers took all the seats

Great place to be in...

Usually they are ok. But the other day they served me chips that were bad, maybe the oil spoiled. This location is terrible, usually filled with school kids being loud Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance. No bathroom.

Albert Z, was the cashier at the time. He was very pleasant and got the order done correctly. He also bagged it nicely, being that he saw I had a lot of other bags also. Only complaint that I have was the lobby was full with Uber Drivers, and one homeless man. The manager was present and visible. The store was clean overall, great environment, just a little loud.

This Taco Bell, opened within five years, has become a break room for doordash and other delivery services, who occupy EVERY seat in the place (look at photo. those are ALL doordash/grubhub delivery persons who really do not want you ordering your own food!) The last burrito I got (05 DEC 2023) had a flour tortilla wrap that was so old and stale, it was brittle and falling apart in my hands. The "nacho fries" were served COLD to the touch. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but the "food" was awful. Won't be going back to this location and will complain to corporate to have this franchise refreshed or CLOSED.

My son, went to order from here on a lunch break, and the machine didn’t print the receipt. They refused to give him is meal even though he paid for it and showed the bank transaction he paid. You should be ashamed of yourself robbing from teens!!! Manager didn’t even help.
