Taco Bell

Only two ordering kiosks with a line out the door and an unresponsive staff. No thanks. I went down the street to McDonald’s.

It's fast food so you can't expect much, but you'd think they would hire people who had the mental capacity to learn how to take orders/base level customer service/ how to follow instructions. Just went through and the initial person who came on sounded like they were capable of making a simple taco, then another girl who sounds like she needs a drug test came on.. kept cutting me off, asked for no tomato (allergies) guess what? They're on there and asked for 2-3 sauces and they gave me 32. Not even one of the one I asked for.. i absolutely hate this is the only TB near my office.

Came in to the parking lot and placed my order on the app. Waited for five minutes. Then decided to use the restroom. I was here fro 25 minutes after placing my order before coming to the register. The staff asked me why I was there. And after I told them, they just walked off without explaining. I was confused and felt slighted. Then they started to make my breakfast. Like, really? I've been here for almost half an hour and ya'll been playing on your phone this whole time? All I had was 3 small 1.50 burritos. They were disrespectful. They acted like the customer is an inconvenience. I was going to start eating breakfast here regularly. I'll take my money somewhere else. 8:10a 1-26-24

Came through the drive through late last night, the building was dark and we thought it was closed. However the service and laughter we received through the drive thru was amazing! Those ladies were so comical in a great family friendly way! Great way to end the night, I will legit go out of my way for late night food with them any time

The people were awful. My boyfriend and I placed mobile orders prior to them closing. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, but after waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes (keep in mind the speaker told us just one moment) with plenty of other cars.. an employee came out and yelled at us to go away. When we asked about our mobile orders she said they threw everything away and we needed to leave.

Had a good time with the man on Christmas and had a marigitra. Parking: Parking is very difficult at times if you get there late.

Dining room was closed, so we went through the drive,through.
