We waited one hour in Drive-thru to get our order. It felt like we’re just waiting to order fresh food out of a farm ? Come on, this is not a regular Tacobell!!! This is something else branded Tacobell!!! Food on the other hand was never felt like it is regular Tacobell!!! What is the point of this place if the food is not like the real Tacobell or the service is not even like the regular one? Will I ever come back? I swear, I am never coming back! 01/28/24 - Ended up coming to this location again, ordered soft tacos and we literally got one or two potatoes in each taco. This place never surprises me with good food or service I guess and I guess Tacobell is also not at all worried!

This location is wild lol. Got my order wrong, no receipt. Didn’t even give me the correct sauces lmao. It’s been so bad for years, the fact that it’s still open is honestly astonishing.

It is Tacobell.... i do appreciate how they make their bean burrito here though, always good. Other locations, the beans are dried out, or the sauce mix is off etc. The staff has been friendly too.

This place used to have amazing service and people at this location it was always open till 1-2am now all of a sudden the workers close said they changed there hours to 9-10pm as closing according to them when we called the store while we were parked out front. Even on the Taco Bell web site it said open till 1am. All lies just lazy f-Ing employees drive thru had 5-6 cars in it at 10:30pm all the lights in the store were off and employees were hiding inside the store with there phones in there hands in the dark poking there heads out the front glass door. Worst taco bell in town now. Never coming back… don’t come here go somewhere else. And don’t try ordering from here either because your food will never show up.

Went here at 9:40am on 1/9/24 and no answer at the drive-thru and doors were locked as well. There were 3 other cars in the drive thru as well. Hours online as well as on the door shows 9am and there was an employee's car in the lot as well. The reason I'm leaving a 1 star review though is because I was at this Taco Bell back in June in the morning and the same thing happened. That time I placed an order in the app and when I went there and knocked on the door, the staff person told me that he's waiting for the other staff person to arrive in "about 30 minutes". Couldn't even give me an exact time the person would be there They're either short staffed, people unexpectedly calling off, or people being very late for work since it's happened more than once and months apart. Should at least update their hours as I'm sure there are MANY upset people
