The service is bad. They don't speak to you at all. I got my tacos, and they walked away - took a while to get sauce and my cup for my drink - I was being totally ignored. I saw that happen to others who were coming in as well. These employees need customer service training.

Your employees are refusing to take food orders and saying patrons must order through your kiosks. You definitely lost a customer. I will never use your kiosk.

Great when they have the $5 boxes!

Food is good for fast food, service is weak, not much people service, you order everything on those displays

I had a nachos bellgrande. No beans, extra meat, extra cheese. It was delicious

I pulled up at 3:55 am and there was another car in the drive thru. I spoke and tried to order and no one responded I tried this for about another 3 minutes as I saw the car in front of me get handed their food. They ignored me. And didn’t respond at all even after the multiple hellos and excuse me. I had no choice but to drive off since they refused to help me even though they were still very much open. I’m extremely disappointed and I don’t understand why they would help the car in front but not me.

Excellent customer service

The workers here will ignore you if you go through the drive thru early in the morning. Open sign will be lit, cars in the parking lot but not an employee in sight to take your order. Avoid.
