Ordered using Taco Bell app for pickup. Order picked up at window and was 100% correct including various customizations. Always easier to customize with app rather than trying to do so using the drive through speaker system. Minimal wait for order to be ready. Actual food was good and as expected for Taco Bell fare.
Ordered 6 items, drove a hour back to my house to see 2 items were missing. I called over 10 times to see if I could come pick up my missing items tomorrow and no one answered. Drove a hour back and am being talked to ignorantly by the “manager” who refuses to give me my missing items that I paid for when I clearly showed my receipt. and numerous attempts to call the store regarding my missing items. If this is the manager of this store anyone can get hired here because this was the WORST experience and customer service I have ever received. After refusing to move my car until I got my items, 10 minutes later I get them and they are falling apart and I picked out multiple crumbs and dust that clearly indicated they put stuff in my food, or dropped it on the floor before giving it to me. I will 10000% be calling corporate. Extremely unprofessional. This store should be shut down or hire all new employees.
Sometimes one very bad experience can sour me to a place. When I get a power bowl, I ask for a tostada that usually comes with a Mexican Pizza. I've done this at this store, later at night, and other locations as well. They charge about 30¢ and I can even tell them how to ring it up in their system. Recently an employee said NO it can't be done, and he lost a customer. I hereby withdraw my 5-star rating from 2023 because of HORRIBLE customer service that says "No" instead of "How can we work this out?"
How, do you only give 3 hot sauce’s lmao… some workers just slack… not to be rude. At all. Just come on. Gen Z needa stop slacking. At least give 7 depending on the order.
