Taco Bell

Waiting in line for 35 minutes and then my food was cold and then I didn't get what I ordered. I thought I'd checked it properly before I went left. Drive through but obviously I didn't. I am just so tired of this Taco Bell and get an overcharged and not getting what I ordered. And I know it wasn't my fault. It was therefore and sitting in line that long. How much gas I wasted? There wasn't but 3 cars in front of me. How is that 35 minutes in drive through? No I was not happy with this place.

With the exception of a middle-aged blackWoman, this customer service is absolutely worthless. I have gone 3 times in the last week between 9:30 and 10 o clock. The first time, I waited half an hour, inside the restraint. Said middle-ahed woman was very kind, even getting my food before she was scheduled to clock in. It took so long, the 2 of us literally stepped outside and had a smoke waiting! This in a 2-person order, not for a sports bus. There is a short, mixed-race, young girl who ALWAYS has something smart to say. Tonight, my wife's Mexican pizza looked like roadkill the way it was put together. I had started to go there because it was less than 3 minutes from my house, as I live just a few blocks from Gunter AFB(which is all but across the street from the resteraunt. As much as i abhor going out of my way just for fast food, looks like I'll have to from now on.Tacala, take notice. Your night crew needs a serious overhaul.

I purchased a number one. Which is 3 crunchy tacos. There was a minimal amount of meat in each and they were not wrapped well, so they spilled out of the paper making a mess before I even opened them. There was more wilted lettuce and flavorless tomatoes than meat, cheese, and sour cream within each taco. When I went in to show them to staff, they had a poor attitude. I won't be going back.

Absolutely terrible!!! Ordered in drive thru to wait an hour for not all the food and no drink!!! At least 10 ppl were already waiting

Chips tasted like chemicals

Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME I go to this Taco Bell their drive through is closed or they send me around to wait after ordering (I’ve been the only person in the entire store with multiple employees present). Food is always wrong and never good quality. I’ve worked at a Taco Bell. Maybe things have changed but you aren’t supposed to send people around after they order in the drive thru). Closing the drive thru for no apparent reason and seeing multiple employees sitting in the lobby area not working just on their phones is ridiculous. I’m gonna start taking pictures. GM needs to do something about this, I don’t even know how they’re still open.

Waited almost an hour for my online order.. ordered large fries and barely any in the bag.. went inside and asked if my order was ready yet and someone called out "That order been ready." So my food was cold... This place needs some serious help.

Food was good but service sucked , we had to pull to the front and wait at least 15mins along w/ 3/4 other cars that had been waiting.
