This is probably the worst Taco Bell in the city. Trash food and brain dead staff

this taco bell sucks. literally do not come here. go to any other taco bell. they told us there was a 30 minute wait when we were the only ones there and told us to go to the parking lot… probably cause they don’t want their manager seeing that their timer is at 30 minutes lmao. they were blasting music an just talking to eachother. someone needs to do something about this. unbelievable

Took 3 minutes to get our food at noon on a Saturday. Pretty good. Employee was nice and fun.

It was literally a 45 minute wait and they were out of nacho cheese and sauce packets. And most of our food items were wrong. And it was cold.

Always go through the drive-thru at this location, they prioritize those orders. Myself and many others waited over 40 minutes today. I only had a $5 box, while all the drive-through orders went out. When I walked in there were only two cars in the drive-thru. The staff was nice and friendly but they needed someone there to delegate.

this is by far the worst taco bell i’ve been to. i work in customer service i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. i placed an online order for breakfast through the app at around 10:30. i went to pick it up and walked in a few minutes after 11. i gave the girl behind the counter my name and was told it would be just a few minutes. after what feels like 10 minutes, the manager comes over and informs me that because my order wasn’t checked in until after 11, i can’t receive my food. i asked for a refund and was told that he could offer me other items instead. even the other customers in the lobby thought it was unfair. i walked out and went to get my refund through the app but still haven’t been able to because it says my order is still in progress. piss poor customer service and piss poor management.

Do not order here I ordered 25$ worth of food and they just said sorry we are out and I got no refund or anything
