The employees except 1 are very nice but the GM is very very rude the GM profiles us because we are homeless we spend at least 20$ a day in there everyday and sit to charge our phones but we also spend money in there so that we can sit in there and she tells us that she is the GM and can do whatever she wants because she is the GM and have us banned for being homeless and she has put locks on the outlets so we can't charge our phones I don't think it's right to be treated like this I wish she would be homeless for at least a month so she can see how she gets treated like how she treats us

They let a homeless guy fill his FILTHY styrofoam cooler with ice at the beverage station customers use. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back.

Poor customer service

If you refuse to use the tablet to place your order, don’t receive any help , the employees said you have to use it, that’s happening in other’s Taco Bell in miami

Workers seem lost and poorly trained. Completely clueless. Got order wrong after waiting 15 minutes, and not because they were in a rush. Dining area needs to be cleaned trash on tables nothing is wiped down. I guess that’s what you get when you run a business bare bones. Sign at counter telling you to go to a kiosk. Every time I’ve been to this particular location, just when I think they can get worst than my previous visit, they do. At least in that respect they’re consistent, I wish I could say the same about everything else.
