My experience at this particular Taco Bell was awesome. The food was great, the service of the cashier was wonderful and the atmosphere was delightful.
The restaurant was immaculate. Although the staff was pleasant, I wasn't happy with how long it took to receive my order. Instead of attending to the patrons manning the counter, they appeared to be serving the drive-through.
It seems that most of the fast food places have replaced the counter help that was helpful and has customer service skills with pads that connect you to a cook with no customer service skills. We're now paying more, doing work they used to pay people for, and getting a much worse customer dining experience. Just my humble opinion, but I think they all need to bring back the humans at the counter.
Customer service was horrible! I didn’t get my card back so I had to drive from home all the way back to Taco Bell in order to get my card. I realized my card was charged twice because they charged my card for someone else’s order. Staff was giving me an attitude because I was upset. Worst experience ever.
Took my cash and the balance out of a 10$ gift card. Should have been the other way around
