Who manages this place? You pull up at normal operating business hours only to be told that they are only taking online and DoorDash orders. Excuse me for not being too lazy to get in my car and drive to your establishment only to be told I can’t be served because I’m not ordering via door dash or didn’t want to be included in your market analysis with your app. Why treat people who are good enough to actually show up like second rate citizens? It’s insulting. I’m already here. You want me to what? Now download an app and order it online when it would take you literally seconds to take my order? Why is wrong with this picture? Maybe I would have downloaded you app on my own. Though somewhere someone somewhere decided.” Hey let’s FORCE them download an app. They won’t notice. I say we should all start a movement where people boycott companies who do this. Do we have to hit you guys in the wallet for you to listen to customer feedback? I’m not the only one. It’s a broad topic of conversation amongst the public. Fix it or lose money may be all they understand.
Worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell. The dude didn't give 2 craps. I paid $24 and he couldn't get a single thing correct. It felt like I paid $24 for a $8 meal. What in the actual heck? He switched out the chicken empanadas for over cooked cheese tacos that were run over by a semi, the new chicken Cantina burrito lacked any slow roasted chicken and in fact lacked mostly any substance at all that wasn't the tortilla, the potatoes I asked for in the chicken enchilada burritos were extremely overcooked and unappealing, and the 5 layer burrito just didn't even exist. What an annoying night.
It has consistently gotten worse, so we won't go back to any Taco Bell. The food is not fast. Is it hot? No. Is it ready? No. Is it good? Also no. Will you get what you ordered? Unlikely. Extremely slow service for overpriced, low quality food. They didnt even give me my $13 quesadilla at all. Just chips and a side taco, but it wasn't even worth going BACK in to get. I get times are hard, but they just need to close down at this point. Seriously, you may as well go to an actual restaurant because they're just going to tell you to pull around and wait for 40 minutes for three meals. Had to go in and watched an employee drop a bag of food on the floor, pick it up, and hand it too a food delivery guy. Just no.
Really clean and prompt service
Seems like Taco Bell has a hard time getting orders correct. Consistently missing items and missing ingredients.
This Taco Bell in Madison was great. Food was fresh and good!!
First time customer here they did not have unsweet tea and they forgot a few items on my order.
