Went through the drive through and the manager Rico said they are out of chicken and it would be at least a 30 minute wait. Not very polite about it either

Have gone in a few times and a couple of times the manager Rico has told me that systems were down.

I came inside with my son and was helped by a man name Rico, the respect and kindness this man showed was a really good end to the night. This man deserves recognition for how he speaks to people.
