Taco Bell

Everytime I come here, I have to check my food to make sure it’s right. Most the time I’m either missing something or have the wrong item. The employees can also be rude like I’m a bother to even be there or fix my order.

The TWO employees working were getting slammed at the drive thru and with pick up orders. The girl at the window thanked me for not cussing at her. I waited over 30 mins from the time I got in line to the time I drove away. The managers should be ashamed of how poorly they staffed that evening!

Yall need to get it together, parked us after waiting for 5 mins had to wait longer when an online order was placed. Heard its mainly whinos runnin it in the evening.

Went there last night and they said they were closed because they didn’t have enough people to make food. Came back again tonight only to have our whole order wrong. Grilled cheese burrito no cheese on it, missing food, etc. you work at Taco Bell, get it together man. Unacceptable

Used drive thru. Haven't been toTaco Bell for awhile. Gave it a try. Prices have certainly increased. To the point you can not see them on the menu board. I got a #11 (chicken) really tasty. But @$9.00. I won't be spending my hard earned money there.

I want to like this Taco Bell so bad!! I keep going back thinking it’ll get better and it never does. I’ve never had a problem with the food but the service and urgency is not there. I go through the drive thru every time and it takes about 30 minutes to get my food… every time. Also, while I’m waiting in line I always see an employee out in the dining room talking to a “customer”, probably their friends. Seems like all hands should be on deck if their drive thru is backed up. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue, lazy managers or lack of one completely but someone needs to get these poor employees some help! I hope this stores performance is on someone’s radar because it needs some attention.

We went through the drive through and ordered 2 quesadillas with no sauce and 2 more with sauce for a total of 4. One was a combo and I ordered a soda for my gf. It cost $28 and some change. If be able to tell you how much if they would have gave me a receipt, but they didn't. I got 3 Quesadillas with no sauce. 1 was missing. I live 20 minutes away. Cmon taco bell. They could have at least gave me all my food.

I can't blame the people working in there. There was only two people working in the store

This place is the slowest ever, you sit in drive thru forever before they take you order, the over all service is bad, rude, dirty employees.
