Horrible food. Contaminated mexican pizza shells nearly hospitalized two people in our group tonight. They are clearly not taking taking spoiled food stock out of their inventory properly. Management at this location is non-existent.
I went thru the drive thru here yesterday - very fast service, food was good, and the ladies at the window were very friendly and helpful.
I thought the service was fast and friendly and the tacos were good.
I always have issues at this TacoBell. Fortunately, the service was great.
Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. 2 years ago my wife left a review saying these guys can't get there orders right. 2 years later nothing has changed. We ordered online they left out a chalupa. We went back to get a new one and they gave us one ice cold and slimey. I have worked in restaurants 18 years so I try to give places the benefit of the doubt but we have not gotten a correct order almost ever. So we're done. Management, y'all need to do a hard reset with this staff, fire the lot of em. Or at least the night crew on 1/1/24. Because when my wife went back to complain about the cold chalupa, the little girl behind the counter gave her attitude. Unacceptable!
My order has never been correct here. Don't leave the parking lot without checking to make sure your food is correct. They've always been nice about correcting it but it's also taken them like 15 mins to do so. I don't really understand why because it's never been too busy. It's worth it to drive an extra mile or 2 to go somewhere a little more proficient. Granted it's a bunch of kids working in the kitchen, but I really think they are just distracted and not paying attention. Edit : tried this location a few times lately and they still haven't improved. They keep leaving out items and when I asked for the chalupa they left out they gave me one that was cold and slimy. When I told them that the girl behind the counter got an attitude, sighed and acted like it was super inconvenient to be fixed. Don't go to this location. There are 2 taco bells within like 1.5 miles either direction on Broadway and it's worth the slightly longer drive to get better quality food and honestly just decency & cleanliness. I'm pretty sure they hire teens that get super stoned and don't care.
