I go to drive thru every Tuesday at the Litchfield/Glendale location. They always greet me warmly and remember my order and senior discount.. excellent service and staff.

I see I'm NOT THE ONLY ONE! This Taco Bell refuses to take your order. They try to make you use a kiosk even with no one in dining room. Finally a girl took my payment at the drive thru till, but they refused to use the 2 tills in the dining room. Food upset my stomach as well. I will not go back to that location. No customer service anymore, only interacting with a computer.

Everything except that you can't just order from a person, despite them having 2 registers for an employee to use, they made me use a kiosk? Not even bust right now, 4 or 5 people in the restaurant. Screw self-serve and automation
