I like to try out the monthly NEW food.

Placed an order on the app, by the time I got home, I noticed they missed two items in my order.

Absolutely horrible! Worst tacobell I’ve ever been too. Spent 45 plus minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars! Then my 5 item order wasn’t even close to right. Get your stuff together tacobell

Food wrong. Staff lazy. They don’t care. Went inside to order through the kiosk to ensure the order would be right and they still messed it up. I’ll never be back.

I like taco bell, I eat they're food the most out of any fast food place but the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I walk in and I walked to the counter since I was paying in cash and the lady that took my order was rude about it. "Next time just use the machines" but I ignored it and waited for my food. As people are coming in she keeps her attitude with other customers. I've worked in costumer services and I understand it's a very straining job but to be rude and have an attitude with ALL the customers who are coming in... Not good

Completely messed up my uber order, the tag had everything listed but I guess they can’t read and just didn’t include any of it.
