Taco Bell

I ordered on the app and it came through the drive-thru to pick up my order I asked for no ice in my Sierra Mist and she said for sure I get to the window and the cashier attempts to hand me a soda with ice in it, ok no big deal, so I asked for no ice again and she re makes it and I pull away from the window when I'm done and check my bag 2 make sure I got everything but unfortunately I did not receive my cinnamon twists so I pulled around through the drive-thru received my cinnamon twists and head towards home, halfway home I take a drink of my soda and it has no syrup in it! Yuck! And I sit down to eat my burrito I unwrapped it and it's a total mess can't even keep it together! Definitely a sad night for Taco Bell

Ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito what it was all cheese teaspoon of beef & half bean what a rip nachos bellegrande was a joke as well they need to work on food issues very disappointed so still the same only they charge u more to add beef still more cheese go to taco time get better deals and full filling meals

Usually, no complaints and I regularly fill out the online survey if I receive good service. I know that they depend on positive feedback. This isn't my neighborhood TB and someone was having a bad day last time I visited this location. I am not going back to this one because a manager's attitude and customer service were so obviously poor. We visited the drive thru and when we paid, the employee handed the card back and said please move forward, so we did. After waiting 15 minutes and no food, I went inside and waited several minutes more. The girl who took our order said, 'you left without your food'. 'No we didn't, we pulled forward, because you told us to.' She said she didnt think she did and handed me the bag. I said, 'maybe you were talking to the car behind us in your headset, but you were looking at us and handed back the card.' She was polite about it, honest misunderstanding. I asked if they could make our food again because it was sitting for so long on the counter. The person in charge and on the assembly line (no name tag) grabbed the bag and threw it with velocity into the trash. When I was waiting for the order to be remade, I noticed that there was a big plastic bin of nacho fries sitting out uncovered on the counter and being used for orders. They were not on the line or under heat. I asked if they were hot because this did not look like a standard procedure. (I have worked in food service and had a food handler's card.) She got audibly and physically irritated and said that they were only on the counter for 5 minutes. By now, I had been inside the restaurant longer than that, and these were going out to customers. She finally handed me my new order saying, 'there ya go', and I left. Not good service or food. Won't return.

Ordered 2 chzy bean rice burritos. Beefy 5 and a crispanada Asked for sour cream and mild sauce . Got spicy ranch instead. And she asked at window if I wanted mind and fire. I said no just mild sauce please. She put fire in my bag. The young lady must have hearing issues I'm assuming. Cause honey ya ain't doing good on hearing what ppl ask for.

They never miss; perfect Dr. Pepper and food modifications are always handled correctly. I’m allergic to tomatoes & have never had any issues with this Taco Bell & tonight they went above and beyond, very fresh and customizations were on point.

I loved the extra effort put into this Taco Bell with the beautiful tile! There was a kiosk right when I came in, to make ordering easy. It felt a little detached from normal fast food dine in experience, but I was hoping for a quick meal which was exactly what I got. Happy that the Mexican Pizza is back; I don't go to Taco Bell often but that was always one of my go-to meals.

Food was good. Employee that took my order was polite. Didn't take long. Only issue was the bathrooms being locked at 7pm.

I go here at least once a week and I have been food poisoned twice here. I will not be back. Despite the convenience of its location to my work. I will gladly drive to a different restaurant knowing I’m not putting my self at risk of getting sick again. I’m just sorry it took me twice of getting sick to realize I shouldn’t be going here.
