Very bad experience here almost nobody in front desk

Worst experience ever, the guy taking orders seemed to really not like his job. When asked questions about an item he ignored it, not to mention when I got to the window he was carelessly on his phone. Someone else came and checked me out and handed me my food, I asked if all my items were there x2 and she said yes. It was 11 items in total and when I pulled out of the drive-thru I parked to count there were only 8! I went back into the drive thru (huge mistake) and was told they needed the bag of food to recount and check what was missing. She realized 2 items were definitely missing and then had someone else give me my food. I again asked are all the items in the bag, again I was told yes. I counted and it was short again 1 item. I had no idea what since they are all in the same wrapping but I counted 10 items and told her it was only 10 she insisted that I counted wrong and then claimed the cheese and chips count as seperate items?! I again told her something was missing and she insisted I counted wrong even though I took everything out of the bag except the chips and cheese (which on the receipt count as one but for argument sake let's say it's 2 then I would have been missing 2 items as it would have been 12 things total ) then shoved another bag in my face saying she just made an "extra" chalupa. When I asked "was that the item that I'm missing?" She said "you aren't missing anything I just made you another item" wth ! I wanted my order correctly not just giving me something to get me out the drive-thru, I won't be back because I spent nearly 30 bucks and 20 minutes just to have to be refunded because of their poor service/ attitude which made me no longer want the food.

Stopped by on my way to PetSmart. Food came out fresh and fast. Wasn't too busy either, which was nice. Ordering from the kisok is the way to go. You can do all your customization and maximize your time. The store was clean, and everything was stocked. Always go for the Dragon Fruit Sparkiling Tea, best fountain drink there, in my opinion. Fast, clean, and affordable, what's not to like!

Wow is an understatement! This location should be what every Taco Bell needs to follow. The ingredients are fresh, and the food actually has flavor. I don't know what this one does differently, but you all are league's ahead of every other location I've ever been to. I eat TB just about every day, for years! This one is about a 20-minute drive out of my way, but the 3-4 locations near me don't even come close to comparing. It's almost like this is an entirely different restaurant. Thank you for the fast service, great food, and great customer service! Vegetarian options: Use the app to customize the vegetarian items.

Sign on the damn door says open til 11pm every day. Which is a lie I guess, because they're open til midnight every day of the week (according to google) except thursday...when they close at 9. Sucks to suck. Won't be back.

This store is just randomly closed some days. I think it was 3 times last week and again today 1/16. Check the store hours prior to heading to this location.

I noticed that the lobby is never open at this location. It's quite disappointing. It seems like the people in charge are not making an effort.
