Can't sign in to app without email. If email is delayed, now what? Their ordering system often chooses the wrong restaurant so you're food may be 10 miles away. Even if you are standing in their lobby the entire time you are making the order and signing in.

The restaurant was not busy. There were only other two single parties in the dining area. I could not find one clean table to sit at, and there is lots of trash on the floor. The drink machine was disgusting. Look like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a long time as well as the tea containers were gross. I don’t understand if there’s no customers why no one was cleaning. The food taste good and a service was excellent. I’m just scared because the dining room is in bad shape. What is the prep area like?

Went 5090 Dave Robbin way Lakeland FL 33812 Taco Bell to pick up my order when confirming my name was not made aware then that the machine was down and when I was told that at the window they only had one of the freezies I asked the young lady to lightly mix the liquid from the wild strawberry one into the blue raspberry the young lady at the window had no problem doing it but the manager on the other hand wanted to complain and Mumble under her breath at the the machine that behavior is not appropriate will no longer be using this location for any orders as well as I will be sharing my experience with others

I go inside order my food 15 minute later nothing yeah real bad service i never go back to tha place again

Very rude and disrespectful staff. I called to ask if they had the new Taki burrito and the guy said NO! And hung up. I tried to call back a few different times and all they would do is pick up the phone and hang it right back up. I have been buying all my Taco Bell exclusively from them since they opened. No one in my large family will ever go there again.
