This is the best Taco Bell on Merchants drive in knoxville I have been to and I live in Tampa Florida and been to many of them from. Florida to Tennessee

We stood there. Why the employees sat back on their phone and jacked around? For at least a good 67 minutes finally we left.

Sure, I've had one or two "mishaps" with this location but in comparison to ALL other locations that I've encountered, ABSOLUTELY 10/10. Little to no wait, especially in drive thru, always genuine people to speak to and so far, my order has been correct. Every. Single. Time. This is absolutely, BY FAR my favorite location.
