This is the second time I order something from here that I want vegetarian and they put meat in it. I made sure I went to the window to clarify I just wanted beans and no meat. The cashier reassured me that there would be none. I was eating the Crunchwrap when I felt ground beef in my mouth. This is ridiculous.
They never open on time I placed my order through the app at 8 am I got to the restaurant at 8:15 I got to the drive thru and they told me they weren’t open until 8:30. The cashiers are always treating you bad or with an attitude. And every time I order there’s always something missing.
It's quite impressive how often their fryers aren't ready Saturday morning
I have been coming to this Taco Bell for awhile now. I usually go in the late night/afternoon. I got up early and grabbed breakfast, the cashier at the window was incredibly rude, her name is Betsy. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell over the interaction I had with her alone. I came at 9am, I’m not exactly sure what time Taco Bell opens for breakfast. I order my items and paid with a $50 bill, she looked at the $50 and throws her hands up saying they just opened why would they have money for change for that bill? I honestly did not know they had just opened, like McDonald’s I thought maybe they had been opened. I also pay with $50 at other fast foods for breakfast I really didn’t even think. I would have been fine with just using my card but it’s the way she went about it and asking why I would think they would have change. I told her she didn’t have to be so rude in which she starts going back and forth with me. I have the video of the interaction if someone in management would contact me that would be great!
How can you run a business and not answer the phone. What if there is a problem with the order? And waiting 2 hrs for a delivery knowing it's gonna be cold
