Great food, always right. Update: Below still stands, plus I was just ignored at the Mobile Order speaker in the drive thru. I guess the primary channel they focus on is drive thru orders. Not my fav. I will be driving far longer to the KSU location from now on. I can place a mobile order there and walk in and get it off the shelf and get home with far less frustrating and literally in less time than waiting around for this Wade Green location. I'm frustrated by the fact that they consistently refuse to use the self-serve shelf for mobile orders - and then also completely ignore people standing at the counter until several minutes go by. My order is often ready and I can see it, but I can't reach it and am typically ignored for several minutes - along with other patrons pacing across the front counter.

Terrible quality food every time. It’s like they just throw whatever they feel like together and give it to you regardless of what you actually ordered. Not the type to leave a bad review either but this is like the fifth time in a row it has happened. Maybe it is better with day shift. Night time is horrible. Don’t waste your $$

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They completely ignored us and then made us order on kiosk. I told them I only had cash and they said go ahead and make your order we can take it…just to turn down the cash in the end. After having waited for service for 15-20 mins.

The wait time at this location tends to run pretty high (15+ minutes today for two meals), but the food is otherwise accurate and fresh.
