Having kiosks does not give you a pass to ignore someone at the counter. The person who did help me was nice. To be clear, I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO USE THE KIOSK! EMPHASIS ADDED. I did enjoy my bean burritos.

Horrible service and food was cold,stale, like it had been pre-made which I would think is hard to do but was definitely cold and stale. Didn't even eat it. Lost my money that night.

The bathroom had pee all over everything, the drink area had drink spilled everywhere and most drinks were out of syrup. The manager seemed sweet but in over her head I think.
