Great staff food was right and hot and fast! No complaints

Ordered 2 freezes with a shot of well rum and were charged for and received 2 drinks with no alcohol. Asked for our correct order and were charged for the drinks, no issue there. But when we asked for a refund for our 2 NON-ALCOHOLIC FOUNTAIN DRINKS we were refused despite the fact that the drinks were not what we ordered and were not drank past the point of making that realization (like 2 sips, actually). The manager also would not come out to speak with us, they were just sending the poor employee back and forth as a messenger. On the bright side, this is a FABULOUS establishment for 18-20 year olds seeing as they don’t ID a single person. Have fun getting Baja blasted, kids, this place is a joke to anyone that actually works for their money though. Can’t recommend traveling here if you’re from out of town like we did…

The poor girl was working doing everything by herself she was doing the best she could and they were out of everything but she tried to satisfy the customers she did a great job with what she had to work with.

My orders didn't have the right drink, didn't get the sauces, and no labelling, and also were not showing up as ready for pick-up after waiting 3x times than usual. There wasn't any traffic at the store and I ended up calling them after waiting a considerable amount of time to confirm it was ready. My coffee was even the wrong one, was cold too They even put 2 orders into one bag and it got messy inside. Wouldn't recommend

Manager was super rude and disrespectful they refused to be helpful wouldn’t even come talk to me when I asked a question just stayed in the back and said they won’t come talk to a customer I only had a question thanks for being a terrible service your company should find a new manager for this location

The food was dry, not hot, and the chips were nasty. Place hasn't had ice in 3 weeks. Every time I've gone, no ice for drinks. Drive thru dude was very friendly.
