Employees park in the disabled parking spots then the Manger says it's private property they can park there

So the new cravings menu is just ok.. I will say that the guacamole on the new loaded nachos has a funny aftertaste and wasn't very good at all. Come on Taco Bell! You guys can make a better guacamole than that! I also tried the new double stack taco, it was decent. Over all the new cravings menu is interesting and has a few different things on it still that I'm curious about trying.

Employees asked me to pull around to the front to wait for fries, they had just switched from breakfast to lunch. Employee was super nice. I pulled up front and parked directly in front of the door. I dont believe it was an actual parking spot but I wanted the employee to not have to walk too far. The employee came out and gave me my food within 2 minutes, again, super sweet lady. A car pulled up next to me in the handicap spot and a lady in a taco bell coat got out and started yelling at the employee about me being parked there. Super nasty lady. Employee, nor I deserved to be treated like that for being parked for 2 minutes. Management should be concerned about other things not yelling about customers in front of customers to employees.

Ordered on the app, my food was incorrect. Added beans to something and they replaced my beef with beans. Manager tells me before I leave the drive thru to call if there is anything wrong. So I decide to call phones busy. Can’t even call to get my order fixed, I am now at work and cannot return to the store, what a joke.

Fast service messed up the order again manager polite free correction of order still hungry now lol
