Whoever franchised this location needs to make MAJOR changes since it appears this isn’t a one time problem. Waiting for fast food for 35-45 minutes is absurd. They’re clearly unstaffed and very undertrained. Food is being made at the pace of a snail and there was constant confusion, not to mention at least 2 of them toddled around doing nothing when their counterparts attempted to catch up with dozens of orders. Literally behind dozens of orders. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it at any fast food location.
The problem with this Taco Bell is they're very obviously prioritizing drive thru customers over customers who do online orders or order in the restaurant. Myself and about 10 other people waited for orders inside the restaurant this evening with orders not being completed until 30-45 minutes after placing. Yet the drive thru moved along efficiently the entire time with cars pulling up to the line and getting their food in about 10 minutes at most. People in the restaurant were getting super annoyed and walking out after waiting more than 30 minutes for their food. Everyone loves online ordering. If they don't start prioritizing orders equally they really aren't going to last in this area..
Kinda crazy for a taco bell. They can't even get an order out. Everyone waited over 30 minutes. I just left and counted my 10 dollar loss lol
I do not blame the staff, but I blame the new ownership and management. They need to staff this location to grow the business successfully. Sunday night absolute mess. It was ugly, and we felt bad for the staff. Never got our food after waiting over an hour. Same frustrations as the old ownership. Too bad.
