Taco Bell

I'm sitting here...30 minutes after I placed my order for a random 2 o'clock lunch on a Monday. There were only 2 couples ahead of me that had already placed their orders. This place is completely mismanaged and run by a bunch of idiots. FYI...this is NOT fast food. Even worse, I got 2 combos and 1 wrap and spent $30+. It's cheaper to eat at a decent local sit down at the restaurant if you're going to waste your time here anyway. Don't get me started on the fact that you have to use a kiosk to place your order. They don't even have people manning the registers! What can be taking so long? Are they importing immigrants and their food? I sure hope the owners reas this, because I will never be back and will definitely spread the word.

Took an hour to get an online order. They told me it was the wrong address then after 35 minutes they found it they took 25 minutes to make it. They were playing around and did not apologize or have an urgency. It was the night crew and I do not want a credit and will not be coming back. VERY RUDE AND ICONSIDERATE. There are other Taco Bell’s go there they don’t want business and have bad customer service skills.

Went here for lunch today. When I arrived everyone was standing outside smoking. I ordered 2 different item and got 2 bean burrito boxes. I didn't even order 1 of those.

Ok. For the first time possibly ever, my taco wasn't stuck to the paper. The cold parts were cold and the warm parts warm. The person at the window was nice. Like--- go Taco Bell! We will visit this one again!!
