Incredibly long wait at drive-thru. 8 cars took 30+ minutes

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I get there for breakfast or so I thought I ordered and get to the window pay and get my food and realize this isn't mine. I wait for NINA H. to come back to the window. Let NINA H. know this food isn't mine. NINA H. got smart and blatantly told me that's what I ordered and proceeded to tell me that i ordered it with steak which I did. The screen on the drive thru was breakfast but inside they were serving lunch. I had no clue. So I took WHATEVER food NINA H. gave me and left when I got to my appointment I checked the food and receipt. My order including drink was completely wrong and I have been trying to call them for about 30 minutes. Their phone is off the hook. Wow. Never again. I'm sure they are getting flooded with wrong order phone calls

Had a great experience here tonight! Quick friendly service, got the order right, AND the food was delicious! I had the potato taco and cheesy bean and rice burrito, both filling and affordable. Parking lot had confusing medians and the drive thru is rather narrow. Wonderful visit.

Placed an online order, but the store never received it. The employee even stated they knew of the issue, but couldn't do anything to fix it. Told me to just wait even longer or cancel and redo the order. Had nothing but issues with this place and would not recommend anyone to go here

Goid experience, long line but it went fast.

Such slow service and it's a very cramped space. Not to mention they make your food wrong and forget everything you tell them. Don't come here unless you want to deal with slow service, very long lines, rude staff, and messed up food that they won't correct because they're "sure they got it right."

Always extremely slow despite not being busy at all. Staff is not engaged at all.
