Stood at the counter at 630 pm for over 7 mintues and not a single person said a word to me. There was nobody in front of me. I know I was seen, and even heard them say someone was up front. And they still ignored me. I had already ordered on the app and still could get no assistance. Terrible customer service.
They did not pay attention to the specifics of my order. I had requested guac and potatoes with no sour cream and I got a ton of sour cream, no guac, and no potatoes. It also took 20 mins for me to get my food. The employees who were working seemed bombarded but the other half of the employees were standing/sitting around outside of the kitchen doing nothing.
Steve is great! I live in Westerville but always come to this location because of Steve! Best customer box!
not sure what the confusion is when you say "no lettuce" on a taco, but they manage to put lettuce on every damn thing you tell them to not put lettuce on.
I am no longer going to this location. They apparently can't read the order to save their lives. I ordered a Chicken Grilled Cheese Burrito and what they gave me was the Chicken Ranch Chiptole Burrito from the value menu. I spent $5.29 for the Grilled Cheese Burrito and get given the $2.29 burrito cause whomever is making food can't read.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and saw several workers just sitting at a table inside talking. Meanwhile, the line is wrapped around the building and the curb prevents you from leaving.
30 minutes or more every time. Doesn’t matter if there’s one car in front of you. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
