Reviewing the chains now as a whole. WAAAAAY too expensive for the chemical amalgamations you are getting in a sloppy paper wrapping thrown together by a neck tattoo. Quality went south of the border where all Bidens new arrivals need to return to and prices literally went up 250% in 3 years. Bidenomics! A taco and burrito craving pack was 10.99 2 years ago and is now over $20?! Please explain. Never eating fast food again, especially in Ft Collins/Little L.A.

I ordered an $8 box. I had two gift cards, one with $5 and one with $25. Since the charge was $8 I gave the cashier both cards. I drove to the window to make the transaction and gave her the cards. She came back with both cards and asked if I would just let her keep both cards. Why would I do that? Is it common for people to give back the remaining balance on their gift cards? If so, that would be an $18 tip, at Taco Bell? I just thought it was pretty shady that she tried to play dumb so she could get over on me. I’ve had problems here before. Not returning. Also the quality of the food has gone way down in recent times. Highly disappointed. Bye Taco Bell

Just went through the drive thru.. Amazing Service! Had a coupon for a free taco.. was worried they would say “gotta buy something first”.. but he didnt! He was so nice and my Taco was so good!! Such a cool clean staff!

Never got my food. Was refused a refund and forced to take food when I had already eaten 45 minutes earlier from another establishment. Don’t waste your time.

So the prices are more expensive because it’s on campus west and you can go to literally any other Taco Bell and get everything cheaper. Also, they’re incredibly stingy with their sauce. I asked for sauce packets when I got six tacos. They gave me two sauce packs. So I asked for more. They told me that’s all that they give. I can go to literally any other Taco Bell and ask for one sauce and they will give me a handful in my bag.

Didn't get what I ordered and paid for. The tacos were mangled. Got a lackluster response when I called. He said, "When you come back..." I said, "I won't be back." And his response was a chirped, "Okay!"
