Lady told me we were holding up the line for asking for extra sauce refunded my food and she still wanted to argue worst customer service I ever got in my life don’t come here

Almost $10 for two tacos and a bean burrito! There was no receipt in my bag . There was no sauce in my bag. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in 5 or 6 months, and I won't be going back anytime soon. Price gouging.

Nachos had a hair and everyone had a face piercing and not dressed to code

Unfriendly work staff and they WILL mess up your order

I just came out of this taco bell (1/13 @ 11:00pm) as a dasher. I was waiting for my order for a while, but understood how they are busy as I have also worked in fast food. A couple came in and stood patiently waiting. The manager walked by multiple times along with many other staff members and didn't say a word. After they stood there for a while longer, the manager barely looked up and said " you can use the kiosk" and continued with what he was doing. The lady said " oh I was actually just in the drive through and...." she was very rudely cut off as the manager said " yeah I don't recognize you" and walked away. The couple seemed shocked as they should have been and waited more. The manager walked by again and said " yeah I don't recognize you have a good night" and waived in the rudest most sarcastic manner. I finally spoke up to one of the other workers and they showed him and the manager their receipt saying that they were just missing their Baja blast and the manager replied exactly the same even after seeing a receipt and the staff member shrugged and said " I'm not in charge" I understand that it's difficult working in such a stressful and fast paced environment and this is " just taco bell" but it's sad to see a manager treat customers the way that he did. My only hope for this review is either for this manager to see this and feel disappointed in the way he behaved and strive to do better or for someone above him to see this and make sure that they teach customer service to their managers / employees as they all very clearly need a refresher. Such a frustrating thing to witness over something as small as a drink.

They hung up on me twice after they messed up my order

Loud customers, a worker parked in a handicap spot with no parking pass, good salty food, forgot our cup. Got 4 tacos 4 burritos and a drink for 30$. I should have gone to the taqueria down the street, where I could have gotten high quality authentic Mexican food for 10$ less. Wheelchair accessibility: Small ramp, worker parked in disabled parking spot with no placard. I didn't censor this because it is illegal and a license plate is public information. I did not call the police as I hate cops.
