They wouldn't even answer the drive thru so we left

This is the default store on door dash for me. There is a store closer to me, but the kids like doritos tacos and this is the store… regular disappointment. This particular store has poor quality food with higher than typical taco bell prices and has multiple occasions cancelled orders. Order food at 5:25pm and 7:21pm still have nothing after two cancelled orders. Call em and ask whats up…” we are busy.” Okay. Its dinner time. So is every other restaurant we get delivery from at dinner time. “Another dasher stole the order.” No they texted and said it was taking forever and they have other orders to deliver and dropped it. Just garbage location. Gonna have to tell the kids they closed. Maybe a self fulfilling prophecy.

Terrible service at drive thru. The girl who was taking the order sounded very discouraged and had little desire to attend. She takes our order and then I ask her to dictate the order to me to see if everything was correct and she tells me that she has nothing.

waisted my time and money. 2 potato tacos in a hard shell not a soft one. I received 2 shells completely filled with the jalapeno sauce a a few pieces of lettuce and 3-4 potato pieces. It appeared to look like they made a nice potato taco and put extra cheese on top. Bite into the taco and it's all sauce. NASTY ZERO STARS, NEVER AGAIN. Vegetarian options: Dont bother with the potato taco they make it appear to have substance but it's all jalapeno sauce

I wish I could leave no stars!!!! The incompetence of the people who work here is just outrageous! Don’t even know how they have jobs still. If I were your boss you all would be out the door! Waited 20 for cold food that looked like you just threw it in the bag! You’re terrible, do better.

Ordered online for counter pick up. Only to have to still wait in drive through to pick up after order was ready. Due to doors being locked because of staff shortage. Kind of defeats the purpose of pre-ordering if you can't just simply walk in and grab your meal from the pick up shelf. Doesn't require additional staff to stick a bag on a shelf for pickup.

Decent Taco Bell food, but dirty dining area and nasty bathroom. Customer service is fine and they let you order in person rather than mandating it be done via kiosk.
