Taco Bell

Ordered extra cheese and sauce in a burrito. It came with none of either. Either the employee can't read, or they're a troll. I'll go with the first option.

We just left customer service was horrible rude the through our food in the bag like it was trash because they on a time crunch I would like my money back thank you

I got 2 soft tacos and a nacho bell grande and it was actually really good, the tacos actually had a decent amount of cheese on them and the Nacho's also had a lot of toppings!!!

Drive threw was just silent Kid finaly cane out and said they ran out of food but theres no way that not one piece of food maybe ran out of somthing but not everything and with out asking what i wanted ti order and saying out of that said they have nothing !?! It was the same two kids i saw hitching down 41 like a younger kid following okder boy so truth is they had ti have bern exausted ,, i can forgive that but when i went to other taco bell on covert they charged my sobd debit 18$! Told him deckined and it did infact charge his card18$ and sent us hime with nothjng! Not even an appology

I typically don’t leave reviews for restaurants but based off my experience today I felt it was necessary. I placed an online order for a wild strawberry freeze I went in the store directly after as the app instructed then I got there and waited 2 minutes my app reflected that the order was finished but it wasn’t not only was I ignored when I inquired I waited an additional 31 minutes for one singular drink and when I got it it was the wrong size and the cup was overflowing the lid wasn’t completely on the sides were sticky. It was an overall terrible experience I decided to leave and just go home after my that. I normally don’t have high expectations for food service but that was unacceptable on so many levels.

If you have all day to wait and don't mind being hollered at then this is the place for you. They should call it Taco Hell thier motto can be "where you pay for your food and pray you ever get it"

Tbh don't even deserve one star, second day in a row that my food from there was cold and taco shells stale, today not only did they forget two items on my order but they put only cheese on my beef taco. I won't be back there again, I gave them a second chance thinking of was just a bad day not apparently every day is a bad day
