Taco Bell

Ordered a cragings box and only got my drink. Forgot a whole damn cruncherap supreme, hard taco, and cinnamon sticks. Almost everytime I get food here they forget stuff and they haven't gotten my order right a single time with delivery.

Went thru the D/T place was dead. No greeting, no eye contact at the window, no receipt, no napkins. I wasn't even asked if I wanted hot sauce or not. Employee had no name tag. Just a horrible lunch on a great day. I know where not to go again. Parking: Plenty, they have no business.

Mobile orders were very slow to be completed. Several other people were waiting for their orders. Waited 10 minutes for order after app said it was ready.

This location DESPERATELY needs help or an overhaul. I’ve been here 4 times over the course of a few months and my order has been completely incorrect/missing items EVERY time. Their food quality is always low and lacking. As a former TB employee I understand how hard it can be working food service but this crew needs some serious help. With how much prices have gone up in the past few years, I just want the food I paid for and I don’t think thats asking too much, especially when it has always been the most expensive items they forget. I felt so awkward asking for my most recent missing item as the whole crew was yelling about the previous shift’s mistakes and also at each other. Even once I received my missing item it was still wrong, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there and have the drive thru cashier stop giving me nasty looks. Make the trip to the Tipp City location, they are a lot faster and nicer and way less likely to mix up your order with someone else’s or forget half of your items.
