I saw all the really low reviews and wanted to share my experience here. I live nearby and have been here probably 10 times since it opened. The only negative I have or suggestion to make is to check your order prior to pulling away. I have gotten the wrong thing here probably 3 times out if the 10 or so visits. That should be normal practice at a fast food place though, and is just as much my fault for not checking as it is theirs for not giving me the right order. I know how fast paced and busy that environment is. Otherwise, my food is always hot (for Taco Bell standards) fresh and the staff is always friendly. Pictured is a 3 cheese chicken melt, fiesta potatoes with no sour cream and a grilled stuffed steak and cheese burrito with extra steak and no sour cream ! Yum!

Horrible customer service! We waited for over an hour for our food (Dec 9th) only to be told they didn't have our order so we opted to leave. Now I am getting the run around about getting my ($33) refund since it was paid online and management clearly doesn't care. I spoke to the GM and another manager and they both say "I don't know what to tell you" due to it being a third party but as a manager, you should make it right for your customer. I have emailed the online ordering 4 times and get zero response! Even though I work right across the street, I will NEVER go back to this location.

Went to the drive thru, they told us they were only taking orders in the lobby. Drove around the front and one of the workers was sitting on the outside dining area smoking weed

My last review was nearly a year ago when this location opened, I decided to try it again this weekend 1/6/24. Placed an order via the app and I paid online. I set the pick up time ASAP knowing it would take a while. 20 minutes after my order and the Taco Bell app said it was in progress I stood in the lobby for another 20 minutes waiting, so a total of approximately 40 minutes. I ordered 3 potato soft tacos and 2 beef crunch burritos, all value meal items I did get food. Barely any potatoes in the soft tacos and only rice and the chip straws in the beefy crunch burritos, not the slightest amount of beef. Both were so drowned in sour cream and sauce they were inedible. I figured when they first opened the food and service would have been stellar as a new business, I was wrong. A second chance after 11 months they managed to disappoint further. I would rather drive over down to Polo Rd or West Columbia because at least the order will be ready when you get there.

The service was slow, the food was thrown together. When I was handed my soda and took a drink it tasted funny, when I asked about it I was told "someone told me there was something wrong with the Pepsi idk did you want something else. Will not be eating there again
