Never have I ever gotten a correct order. They need someone to train these kids or else this place is going to fail. It's filthy in there too
Staff needs training. Got more sauce in my bag than things I actually ordered
I ate too much! So glad we have one in Edgewater.
Every single time I order here it's wrong. The first few times I was like "it's nee give them time" but nothings changed after 20 something orders not one has been right. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF
Just what you would expect from Taco Bell. Decent food, decent price
When we arrived the door was smashed. We went to the counter to order. They wouldn't take our order and directed us to the kiosk. My husband wanted to order what they had new and it wasn't on the kiosk . We asked to order at the register and they told us no. Why have an register if you can't order at the counter.
Look there are Taco Bell’s and then there are Taco Bell’s. This location is the latter. Food was very good for a Taco Bell and employees were very nice. Due to the high level of automation, however, it is hard for guests to place an order or request for assistance. An older gentleman who had difficulty speaking could not figure out the touchscreen when I was there and I helped him flag down an employee which took around 5-10 minutes. Other than that the food was great. Will definitely eat at this location again. Parking: Large amounts of parking space because the other buildings in the strip mall are not occupied Kid-friendliness: It is a Taco Bell but the chairs are very heavy and I imagine could be a safety hazard to a child Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp
