Es una mala atención de esos señores y señoras que atienden hay hacen esperar ala gente el tiempo que ellos se le da las ganas dos veces e ido y me an echo esperar más de 40minutos son unos mal educados que no respetan el tiempo de los clientes.

For the second time in a row, there was a mistake on my order in the drive through and the food quality was poor. Glad there's another location opening on Tower Road.

They got my order wrong They marked no sour cream on the box. And I ask them to make sure No sour cream. And it had sour cream on it. My son would not eat the food. Waste of money. And they do not answer the Phone. They pick up up But dont say anything And that's just rude.

They messed up my entire order and refuse to replace or refund. Waste of money...

Best morning people cooking wise. They know how to make sure we are getting our moneys worth a raise is need for morning shift for sure

Not sure what happen but the service, quality of food, and just getting your order correct has been a complete disappointment. If you decide to go to this location double check your order before you leave. Tonight my order was missing 2 items. Tried to call store location and it rang and hung up. Good luck. Dine at your own risk.

Update- service has gone downhill- gave complete opposite of what I ordered with dietary restrictions. Won’t be going back. Disgusted. Very friendly service an hour before closing and always gets my order right. Highly recommend. Vegetarian options: Don’t trust them to not give meat when ordering without. Dietary restrictions: Did not provide the dietary restrictions ordered.

Why does a Taco Bell have a "tip cup" in the drive thru Check your bags the girls working here are dumb as a bag of bricks and will screw up half your order, and they do not listen when you ask for sauce, or no ice, etc. Etc. This place sucks.

Been to this location twice for breakfast and both times got terrible service and something different than we asked for. We have been to Taco Bell for breakfast at multiple other locations and never had these issues. We asked for hash browns instead of cinnamon balls for both orders and got the cinnamon balls with both. When I asked for hash browns instead at the window (reminding that we had asked for that) the server said “you need to ask for that change when you order” and seemed very annoyed with us… which we did… twice. I’m allergic to cinnamon so I always remember to ask. She did give us the hash browns but they were cold and falling apart. Both times we have been we have gotten completely different main dishes than what was asked for. This morning I asked for the breakfast crunch wrap and got the burrito. Last time we asked for a two taco meal and got one taco with no sides. The food quality was also very poor. It’s frustrating and a waste of money. We will not be returning to this location.
