They are extremely Slow.... How do you mess a order 2 times and then want to go back and forth because you rung up the wrong item.
I had my order remade 3 times it was still wrong asked for a refund the manager who refused to provide her name and was not wearing a name tag gave me $4 but I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch somebody help me do the math…..Ummm no ma’am. I will be contacting corporate and every related GM. It’s just not fair that I was treated that way. And to add there was absolutely no sauce in the entire store.
Staff is extremely unorganized and RUDE. You get stuck in the drive-thru because of it's structure. When I finally reach the intercom, after waiting in line for exactly 24mins. I'm told there's a 30 min wait. I tell the young lady, that they should figure out how to inform customers prior to us getting stuck in this ridiculous line. Someone else jumps on the speaker and tell me "Honey ain't nobody ahead of you so you can drive on off". The restaurant industry is shifting and apparently the chains no longer care about customer service nor satisfaction. This store is trash and so are the employees..
