ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE, BUT WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO DO THAT JOB, THEN , TAKE IT SERIOUSLY, DO A GOOD JOB, TREAT CUSTOMERS AS IF YOU ARE HAPPY THEY ARE COMING TO YOUR RESTAURANT, AFTER SLL, THEY ARE PAYING YOUR WAGES, YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY TO HAVE A JOB AND A PAYCHECK! INGRATITUDE , AND YELLING AT A CUSTOMER, WITH A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE FOR ASKING A QUESTION TO PLACE AN ORDER. YOU, REALLY DESERVE TO BE SLAPPED IN YOUR HATEFUL MOUTH.

Long waits every single time. 20+ minutes for even the simplest orders even when not busy.

The night time staff need to be trained better. They didn't seem to care about getting food out in a short time and spent time playing around. The one taking orders didn't know what he was doing. Where's the adult?

Change your hours. If you stop serving at 1:45, just say so online so people don't drive waay out of the way just to be turned away.

Place is falling apart. Water leaking everywhere, mold, mile line drive through line. Mobile orders get the wrong things given. The health department needs to shut this place down

I had to stand there for about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me It wasnt that they didnt see me, it's just young people know nothing about customer service and were too concerned about screwing around. The order was wrong when finally recieved and the food gave me indigestion It had been a while since i was there Wont go back. Get some management in the store!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to I went there twice and each time the girl with blonde hair was so rude to me and the guy that took my order i will never be coming back and the machine were absolutely disgusting
