I recently visited Taco Bell with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite being the only ones in the drive-thru, our order was still wrong, even after confirming it twice with the staff. It was disappointing to see such a basic aspect of service fall short. Two stars.
When you walk in the employees will not greet you watched them ignore customers. Then they'll act annoyed and say you need to use the kiosk what about the people using cash? When you get your order there quick to set it down and not ask if you need any sauces they'll continue to ignore you. The bathroom has a code on it but good luck getting the attention of any employees. Terrible location. The people making the food are also the ones handling the registers seems to be way understaffed and nasty against some health violations. Also this parking lot is like a park and ride bunch of vehicles parked in but 2 employees working and 2 customers.
I love this taco bell. Treat customer service.
The customer service was abrasive and bordered on outright entitlement and full on disrespect.
